Sarah Puilani Ching, 100, of Keaau died May 28 at home. Born in Honolulu, she was a retired pastry and salad chef for Moana Hotel in Waikiki. Services at a later date. Philip Duyao, 76, died May 18 in California. Born in Olaa (Keaau), he was a 1959 graduate of Hilo High School and excelled in basketball, baseball and softball.
